the location was acceptable, close to some attractions.
The pool area was not clean. The windows looked particularly bad. furthermore, the room wasn't ready at check-in time (after 3 pm), so i waited. this was frustrating, considering i wanted to settle in quickly after arriving.

the receptionist and door staff were lovely and helpful. i even took a city tour, and the guide was fantastic. He was informative and tailored the tour to my interests (a very personal touch!).
